Tiffany Minor assumed the role of CES Power’s Chief of Staff in May 2022 after previously serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) for eight years at Ring Power Corporation. She brings 21 years of experience performing executive duties with successful and professional core competencies for various businesses and organizations.
While at Ring Power, Tiffany performed an extensive set of roles as an EAA with duties that considerably involved supporting and managing senior executives, including the Board of Directors, SVPs, and VPs. Tiffany spearheaded the coordination of several company-wide meetings and events with a wide range of logistical needs at multiple branches and locations, not only in Florida but also across the United States.
Tiffany worked closely with non-profit organizations such as the United Way and Salvation Army, as well as many others throughout the community, and was the administrator for the Caterpillar Dealer Performance Center, Ideas for Excellence Committee, and Fundraising Committee. Tiffany also worked with multiple divisions at Ring Power to include Cat Entertainment Services (now CES Power), Power Systems, Cat Rental Store, and Marketing.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys many Florida activities, such as watching the Florida Gators, enjoying the beach and pool, and spending time with her family. She adores flamingos and likes to listen to ’80s and ’90s music, jazz, and Christmas music during her favorite holiday season.
